return policy
  • All items for return or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A product RAN must be requested from Stel’s within 24 hours after the date of delivery. The merchandise must then be received by Stel's 5 days from the RAN issuance. (See below for more information on the RAN)
  • Returns received outside of the allotted timeframe will be accepted only at the discretion of Stel’s and will only be refunded as a store credit.
  • All product must be returned with the original designer ticketing and packaging.
  • All sales are final on discounted merchandise. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
EXCHANGES
  • Stel’s is only able to exchange an item for the exact item in a different size. Exchanged items will be sent to the customer once the original items have been received and inspected by Stel’s.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. The customer will incur all shipping costs associated with sending the exchange. Any refunds after the point of exchange will be reflected as store credit.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PROCESS (RAN)
  • To return merchandise to Stel’s, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be requested from Stel’s within 24 hours after the date of delivery. A RAN can be obtained by emailing Stel’s at sales@stelsinc.com. The merchandise must be received by Stel's within 5 days of issuance of the RAN.
  • All returns pertaining to one particular order must be returned in the same shipment.
  • The RAN must be clearly written on the original invoice and on the shipping box. We request that returns be shipped via UPS. Stel’s will not accept liability for returned goods if they are not returned using UPS.
REFUND POLICY
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days of Stel’s receipt of return merchandise. All undamaged, unworn, correctly ticketed and packaged products will be refunded. Sales tax will also be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made only to the original purchaser’s credit card.
  • You may also request a store credit. The credit is valid for the duration of Stel’s existence.
GIFT RETURNS
  • A gift from Stel’s may be exchanged for the exact item in a different size (see Exchanges). The item may also be returned for store credit. The customer will be required to pay the difference in cost for the purchase of new merchandise using the store credit.
SHIPPING
  • Stel's can only send items to the Canadian provinces using the "Canada" option for shipping. USA shipping options (Ground and 3 Day) will not apply to any Canadian destinations.
